Candy adopts pan supports designed to guarantee maximum stability.
Cast-iron pan supports, available on some models, are the choice for pro-
fessional cookers because this material is long lasting, offers optimal
strength at high temperatures, high heat transmission and full use of the
heat, without waste or loss.
The new “full space” flat supports for 60 or 75 cm hobs have a wide bea-
ring surface for the best pan stability.
METHANE OR GPL

All gas cooking tops are preset to be used with methane gas. However,
cooking tops are also supplied with a set of nozzles for the use with GPL,
which must be installed by a qualified technician.
Bigger than regular hobs, the new Plan hob 75 cm wide, can be perfectly
built-in in the regular cut-out for a 60 cm hob, simplifying the work of
architects and interior decorators. Also the 75 cm ceramic and gas on glass
hobs can be perfectly built-in in the regular cut-out.
