Candy’s range of ovens includes pyrolitic ovens, specifically designed
to simplify and accelerate cleaning operations.
Thanks to a special feature, these ovens reach the internal temperature of
480°C for the time strictly required to burn food residuals.
Some Candy ovens also have catalytic panels that are coated with a special
microporous glazing designed to absorb fats during cooking.
With the new structure of the cavity housing the furnaces Candy serpentine
top of the grill will be better protected, which prevents accidental touches.
