Candy has designed a line of ovens with a glass door that has an
exceptionally low average external temperature of 45°C.
A CLASS
CLEAN SYSTEM
]
The new A CLASS ENAMEL, smooth as glass, is completely water and dirt
repellent. Its ultra smooth surface and absence of pores in the
enamel prevents dirt from adhering to the surface.
Internationally recognised tests prove that A CLASS ENAMEL will withstand
corrosion from acid generated when cooking fruit and foodstuffs with a high
sugary content.
The oven walls feature specially designed grooves that allow the shelves
to slide more easily. The grooves also provide a secure stop which prevents
the shelves from being completely pulled out.
The external surfaces in stainless steel of the Candy ovens are protected with
a special treatment against prints or marks.
