Multifunction ovens are very versatile. A fan distributes the hot air, for a
quick and uniform cooking.
It’s possible to cook two dishes at the same time, on two levels,
without mixing the flavours.
With the upper and lower heating elements without the fan, the oven
cooks in the traditional way.
The lower heating element is suitable for cakes, soufflé, bigné and
biscuits; the upper heating element roasts and crisps.
To defrost foods quickly it’s possible to use the fan without heat.

The by-pass ventilation system has a fan located between the oven cavity
and the outer casing which creates a continuous flow of air to
reduce the temperature of side kitchen furniture and of those parts
of the oven exposed to user contact.
The continuous flow of air is also useful to avoid condensation inside the oven
ensuring perfect visibility during cooking.
