Staged element cycles on and off The set points are too close together
with variable speed fans.
Adjust the hysteresis setting.
Move the temperature probe closer to the
heater.
Widen the set points.
The heater is too large for the room. Replace the heater with a smaller output
unit.
The stage is set up as proportional
control.
Change the configuration from
proportional control.
Appendix C: Factory defaults
When your TVS leaves the factory, it comes with default settings and configuration. Configuring and
programming your TVS changes the factory defaults. Resetting your TVS erases all the configuration
and settings you programmed and then restores the defaults. For more information, read Restoring
the factory defaults
on page 43.
