2. Draw a horizontal line on the wall at the desired
height.
3. Mark the wall for the pilot hole locations. Drill 3
pilot holes at location. Determine the appropriate
way (wood screws for the wooden studs or wall
plugs and wood screws for dry wall) of fastening
the mirror to the wall.
4. Insert the wall screws supplied into the wall
plugs. Screw head should protrude approximately 5
mm from hole (this may vary depending on
individual installation).
NOTE: The wall plugs supplied are only suitable for
solid stone/brick walls. For plasterboard walls use
special wall plugs.
CONSULT THE QUALIFIED PERSON FOR
SAFETY INSTALLATION.
5. Tighten the safety cable to the middle wall
plug by screwing the wood screw and washer
supplied. Carefully hang the mirror on the wall.
Ensure the mirror is securely hung before wiring
connection.
6. Run the fixture supply wire through the middle
hole of round mounting plate. Then make the
electrical connection from the mirror to the house
supply wires.
7. Connect the ground wires (bare copper or
green) from your fixture to the ground wire (bare
copper or green) or ground screw in the electrical
box. Connect the black wire from the fixture to the
black wire in the electrical box and connect the
white wire to the white wire in the electrical box.
8. Once connections of wires are completed,
carefully tuck wires and wire nuts into the electrical
box making sure no bare wire (on the black and
white) is visible at the wire nuts.
9. Secure the round mounting plate to electrical
box using electrical box screws (not supplied).
10. Mount the mirror onto the screws fitted to
the wall. Ensure mirror is securely mounted.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Lighting is turned on/off by the touch switch. The
defogger is on when the light is on. DO NOT leave
on for prolonged periods of time.
