Warranty: Can-Fans(tm) and Max-Fans(tm) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship
for a period of
five (5) years.
Warranty Does Not Apply To:
* Shipping damage, either concealed or visible. Claims must be filed with carrier.
* Damage caused by improper installation, wiring, or connection to incorrect electrical voltage.
* Goods that have been modified or altered.
* Damage caused by corrosion, abrasion, or severe temperatures.
* Goods that have had identification labels removed or altered.
* Goods that have been subjected to improper maintenance, abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, or
accident.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
