15 1 ● Take the appliance out from carton box and remove the foam and plastic bag, position the upper mounting bracket and partially install the center mounting screw. ● Install 2 size D batteries (NOT included) in the battery box on the bottom of the appliance. Check the batteries are facing the correct direction. Negative Outward Positive Outward ● Use shifting wrenches to attach supplied gas regulator (with brass connector already attached) to the appliance.
● Attach the water output device (shower head) to the fitting marked “Water outlet”. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! Make sure to insert the supplied rubber gasket at the connections. Tighten by hand only. ● Only use the gas regulator & hose supplied with this appliance. ● A new pressure relief valve, complying with the standard for relief valves and automatic gas shut-off devices for hot water supply system, ANSI Z21.22/CSA 4.
17 1 ● Place at a comfortable height without putting stress on the gas hose. If the unit is to be permanently mounted, use screws to attach the bottom tab firmly. ● Before opening LP cylinder valve, check the coupling nut for tightness. When appliance is not in use, turn off LP cylinder valve on supply cylinder. ● Never use LP cylinder if visibly rusted, damaged or out of date. ● Clean and inspect the hose before each use of the appliance.
Please inspect the hose before each use of the appliance. If it is evident there is excessive abrasion or wear, or the hose is cut, it must be replaced prior to the appliance being put into operation. The replacement hose assembly shall be that specified by the manufacturer. WARNING: Never use an open flame to test for gas leaks, because death, personal injury and/or property damage can result.
19 1 Before Going To The Use Section Check around area for flammables, especially gasoline or other vapors which may ignite. The exhaust and top of the portable tankless water heater will get HOT! Make sure there are no foreign objects around the portable tankless water heater or have fallen into the top. Use And Starting WARNING: This model is intended for recreational & portable use only. This model CANNOT be permanently mounted or plumbed in any way.
8. Turn on your water output device to the “on” position and adjust to the desired water flow. 9. There will be a series of audible clicks and the burner will ignite. Please take note the water heater must not be exposed to flammable vapors or liquids during lighting. Should the burner not ignite after 5 seconds, shut off and go to the “Troubleshooting” section. 10. Upon completion of use or storage, open the drain valve (ribbed cylindrical stem next to the water input valve) to ensure draining of water.
21 1 Before Operate The Drain Plug, Must be 1. Ensure that the water heater is disconnected from the gas supply. 2. Ensure that the water heater is disconnected from the water supply (turn off cold water inlet switch). 3. Turn the shower switch to “ON”. 4. Ensure that the shower hose is disconnected from the water heater. Adjustment The temperature of the outgoing water is dependent on the temperature of the incoming water balanced with the amount of heat applied.
Please Protect Your Water Heater From Freeze Damage! During the stage of no using, the temperature is same between the inside and outside of water, the water will expand when temperature reach 32ºF(0ºC) even broken the water pipe. This is normal phenomenon and not is the quality problem. Open the drain plug to drain off the residual water in the water heater and then screw it tightly if the environment where the water heater is installed drops below 32ºF(0ºC).
23 1 Check the burner flames through visible flame window to make sure the combustion is normal during operation of the water heater. 1) Burner with pure blue flame, means well ventilation and combustion adequacy. 2) Burner with yellow/red flame, means combustion insufficiency, air intake is not enough, or appliance bottom block. 3) Burner with a lift-flame, over gas pressure, high wind condition. 4) Max gas but small flame, gas pressure is not enough.

Troubleshooting Portable tankless water heater will not start-there are no audible clicks at startup: a. The first thing to check is to ensure that the incoming water on the “right” side of the portable tankless water heater.
25 1 b. Out of, or low on gas. Propane gas sometimes are contaminated with air, especially new tanks upon their first filling. Cycle the portable tankless water heater on and off by using the shower head switch several times to purge the air from the gas. If this doesn’t clear the air then the tank must be purged. c. One of the ignition sensors is bent and/or too close to the burner.
c. Ensure that you have adequate gas in your propane bottle and that the LP regulator is threaded all of the way on to the portable tankless water heater. d. Fresh batteries are required for ignition spark. Make sure batteries are aligned in the proper polarity (+/-). The portable tankless water heater does nothing: a. Ensure that you have your water source hooked up to the water inlet side (far right connection) and the shower handle is hooked up on the water outlet side (middle connection). b.

15 1 ● Sortez l'appareil de la boîte en carton, retirez les sacs en mousse et en plastique, positionnez le support de fixation supérieur et installez partiellement la vis de fixation centrale. Accrocher le support supérieur à la vis ou suspendre par la poignée pour une fixation temporaire. ● Installez 2 piles de taille D (NON incluses) dans le compartiment à piles situé au bas de l'appareil. Vérifiez que les piles sont dans le bon sens.
● Fixez le dispositif de sortie d'eau (pomme de douche) au raccord portant l'indication “Sortie d'eau”. NE PAS TROP SERRER! Veillez à insérer le joint en caoutchouc fourni au niveau des connexions. Serrer à la main seulement. ● Utilisez uniquement le détendeur de gaz et le tuyau fournis avec cet appareil. ● Une nouvelle soupape de surpression, conforme à la norme ANSI Z21.22/ CSA 4.
17 1 ● Placez-le à une hauteur convenable sans exercer de contrainte sur le tuyau de gaz. Si l'unité doit être montée de manière permanente, utilisez des vis pour fixer fermement la patte inférieure. ● Avant d'ouvrir la vanne de la bouteille de propane, vérifiez le serrage de l'écrou-raccord. Lorsqu l'appareil n'est pas utilisé, fermez la valve de la bouteille de GPL. ● N'utilisez jamais une bouteille de propane si visiblement rouillée, endommagée ou périmée.
Veuillez inspecter le tuyau avant chaque utilisation de l'appareil. S'il est évident qu'il y a une abrasion ou une usure excessive ou que le tuyau est coupé, il doit être remplacé avant la mise en service de l'appareil. Le flexible de remplacement doit être celui spécifié par le fabricant. AVERTISSEMENT: N'utilisez jamais une flamme nue pour tester les fuites de gaz, car cela pourrait entraîner la mort, des blessures corporelles et /ou des dommages matériels.
19 1 Avant de passer à la section d'utilisation Vérifiez autour de la zone pour les produits inflammables, en particulier l'essence ou d'autres vapeurs qui peuvent s'enflammer. L'échappement et le dessus du chauffe-eau portable sans réservoir devien-dront CHAUDS! Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas d'objets étrangers autour du chauffe-eau portable sans réservoir ou qu'ils sont tombés sur le haut du chauffe-eau.
8. Allumez votre dispositif de sortie d’eau sur la position “marche” et réglez-le au débit d’eau souhaité. 9. Il y aura une série de clics audibles et le bruleur s'allumera. Veuillez prendre note que le chauffe-eau ne doit pas être exposé à des vapeurs ou des liquides inflammables pendant l'allumage. Si le brûleur ne s’allume pas au bout de 5 secondes, éteignez-le et passez à la section “Dépannage”. 10.
21 1 Avant d'utiliser le bouchon de vidange 1. Assurez-vous que le chauffe-eau est débranché de l'alimentation en gaz. 2. Assurez-vous que le chauffe-eau est débranché de l'alimentation en eau (fermez le commutateur d'alimentation en eau froide). 3. Placez l'interrupteur de la douche sur “ON”. 4. Assurez-vous que le tuyau de douche est débranché du chauffe-eau. Ajustement/Réglage La température de l'eau sortante dépend de la température de l'eau entrante, équilibrée avec la quantité de chaleur appliquée.
Protéger votre chauffe-eau contre les dommages dus au gel! Au cours de la phase de non utilisation, la température est la même entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur de l'eau, l'eau se dilatera quand la température atteindra 32ºF(0ºC) et même cassera la conduite d'eau. C'est un phénomène normal et non le problème de qualité. Ouvrez le bouchon de vidange pour évacuer l'eau résiduelle dans le chauffe-eau, puis vissez-le à fond si l'environnement dans lequel le chauffe-eau est installé est inférieur à 32ºF(0ºC).
23 1 Vérifiez les flammes du brûleur à travers la fenêtre de flamme visible pour vous assurer que la combustion est normale pendant le fonctionnement du chauffe-eau. 1) Un brûleur à flamme bleue pure signifie une bonne ventilation et une combustion adéquate. 2) Un brûleur à flamme jaune/rouge signifie une insuffisance en combustion, l'admission d'air ne suffit pas ou le fond de l'appareil est bouché. 3) Brûleur avec flamme en décollement, surpression de gaz et vent fort.

Dépannage Le chauffe-eau portable sans réservoir ne démarre pas-il n'y a pas de clics audibles au démarrage: a. La première chose à vérifier est de s’assurer que l’arrivée d’eau se trouve du “droite” côté du chauffe-eau portable sans réservoir.
25 1 Remarque: la pression de l'eau se situe au niveau le plus bas des paramètres de fonctionnement. Vous aurez besoin d'une pression d'eau constante d'environ 35 à 65 lb/po2 pour être utilisée entre 240 et 450 kPa si vous utilisez une pompe 12 /18/120 volts. b. Le gaz propane est parfois contaminé par l’air, en particulier les nouveaux réservoirs lors de leur premier remplissage.
L'eau coule, mais il n'y a pas d'eau chaude qui sort: a. Assurez-vous que l’arrivée d’eau et la sortie d’eau sont bien raccordées. Votre alimentation en eau doit être raccordée à votre connexion entrante (située à l'extrême droite) et la pomme de douche doit être raccordée à l'eau sortante (située au centre). b. Assurez-vous d’avoir une pression d’eau suffisante d’au moins 3,6 PSI/ 25 kPa, maintenue. c.
