How the RBS system works
The Radiant Burner System
places the burners to the side
rather than below.
It’s a simple but radical idea
that means the juices and
grease from cooking don’t
land on the fl ames.
This allows grilling, spit-
roasting or oven cooking with
the lid closed. Better control
and fast cooking. The heat
refl ector ensures consistent
heat within the cooking area.
