(a) Clear to Send will be solid red with a solid link, as the link weakens the CTS on the Repeater and Slave will begin
to flash.
If DevConfig is unable to establish a connection with the RF450:
1. Check that LoggerNet/PC400 is closed.
2. Check power to the radio. The Carrier Detect (CD) light should be
flashing red.
3. Check serial cable connections.
4. Check serial port assignment for DevConfig.
5. Press green Setup button on the RF450 and wait several seconds. CD and
Clear to Send (CTS) lights should be solid green.
