2.4.3 RH and Temperature Radiation Shield
1. Remove the two Phillips screws taped underneath the crossarm.
2. Remove the yellow shipping cap from off the end of the
temperature/relative humidity sensor. See Figures 2.4-2 and 2.4-3.
