10 - ASSEMBLING THE SPROCKETS
• The sprockets are pre-assembled and timed on the support (A - Fig. 18).
• Insert the support on the side of the freewheel body, align the spline patterns,
press the sprockets onto the freewheel and extract the support (A) from the hub.
• Tighten the lock ring (B) supplied with the hub to 50 Nm. with the tool (Campagnolo UT-
BB080) using the torque wrench (C), while holding the sprockets with a chain whip (UT-CS060)
(Fig. 19).
Attention: the lockrings supplied with the sprocket sets up to the '98 model year are not
compatible with new hubs with 27x1 lockring thread.

10 - MONTAGE DER RITZEL
• Die Ritzel sind auf der Plastikhalterung (A - Abb. 18) zu einer Einheit zusammengefaßt und
bereits in der richtigen Phasenstellung aufgesteckt.
• Die Halterung seitlich auf den Freilaufkörper setzen, die Aufsteckprofile ausrichten, die
Ritzel auf den Freilaufkörper schieben und die Halterung (A) aus der Nabe ziehen.
• Den Schließring (B) (wird mit der Nabe mitgeliefert) mit dem Campagnolo Werkzeug (Art.
N. UT-BB080) und dem Drehmomentschlüssel mit 50 N.m. anziehen und dabei die Ritzel mit
dem Kettengegenhalter (UT-CS060) (Abb. 19) festhalten.
HINWEIS: die Schließringe, die mit den Ritzelpaketen einschließlich Baujahr '98 mitgeliefert
wurden, sind mit den neuen Naben mit Gewinde des Schließrings 27X1 nicht kompatibel.

10 - MONTAGE DES PIGNONS
• Les pignons sont préassemblés et réglés sur le support (A - Fig. 18).
• Introduisez le support sur le côté du corps RL, alignez les profils rainurés, poussez les
pignons sur la roue libre et retirez le support (A) du moyeu.
• Serrez la bague (B) fournie avec le moyeu sur le corps roue libre à 50 N.m. avec l'outil (code
Campagnolo UT-BB080) en utilisant la clé dynomométrique (C) en tenant les pignons blo-
qués avec la clé à fouet (UT-CS060) (Fig.19).
Attention: les bagues fournies avec les pignons jusqu’à la gamme 98 ne sont pas compati-
bles avec les nouveaux moyeux à bague filetée 27x1.

• Los piñones vienen preensamblados y fasados en el soporte (A - Fig. 18).
• Montar el soporte en el costado del cuerpo RL, alinear los perfiles ranurados, empujar los
piñones en la rueda libre y extraer el soporte (A) del buje.
• Apretad la virola (B) (suministrada en dotación con el buje) en el cuerpo rueda libre a 50 N.m
con la herramienta (cod. Campagnolo UT-BB080) utilizando una llave dinamométrica (C) y
manteniendo bloqueado el piñón con la apósita herramienta (UT-CS060) (Fig. 19).
NOTA: las virolas suministradas con los piñones de gama ‘98 y precedentes no son compatibles
con los nuevos bujes con rueda libre con rosca 27x1.

10 - MONTEREN VAN DE CASSETTE
• De cassette is voorgemonteerd op een geleider (A - Fig. 18).
• Plaats de geleider op de zijkant van de body zodanig dat de uitsparingen in 1 lijn staan.
Druk de tandwielen op de body en haal de geleider (A) van de naaf.
• Draai de borgmoer B (meegeleverd met de naaf) op de cassettebody vast met een moment
van 50 Nm met behulp van het Campagnolo hulpstuk UT-BB080. Hierbij gebruik maken van
een steeksleutel, terwijl u de tandwielen vasthoudt met een kettingtang (UT-CS060) (Fig. 19).
N.B.: de borgmoeren die meegeleverd zijn met de cassettes tot en met modeljaar '98 zijn niet
uitwisselbaar met de nieuwe naven die een 27 x 1 borgmoerdraad hebben.

10 - MONTAGGIO DEI PIGNONI
• I pignoni sono preassemblati e fasati sul supporto (A - Fig. 18).
• Inserite il supporto sul fianco del corpetto ruota libera, allineate i profili scanalati, spingete i
pignoni sul corpetto RL ed estraete il supporto (A) dal mozzo.
• Serrate la ghiera (B) (fornita in dotazione con il mozzo) sul corpo ruota libera a 50 N.m. con
l'utensile (cod. Campagnolo UT-BB080) utilizzando la chiave dinamometrica (C) e tenendo i
pignoni bloccati con la frusta (UT-CS060) (Fig. 19).
NOTA: le ghiere fornite con i pacchi pignoni fino a gamma '98 non sono compatibili con i nuovi
mozzi con filetto ghiera pignoni da 27x1.
