Step 4: Attach shelf brackets by aligning the bracket on the cart
legs and inserting the lock washer and button head screw.
(See Figure 4)
Step 5: Attach regulator hose to mip. Tighten using wrench. Perform
soap and water test to check for leaks.
Step 6: Assemble side shelves by inserting hook over the bottom rod
in the brackets assembled in step 4. Lift shelf up and rotate
into upper rod. Press shelf down to lock into position.
