IMPORTANT INFORMATION TERMINOLOGY The following terms will apply interchangeably throughout this Owner’s Manual: Driver Drill / the Drill Attachment / CAMO® Edge Pro™ / Edge Pro Tool – refers to the CAMO Edge Pro assembled with the Driver Drill PERSONAL SAFETY ITEMS • Do not use Tool and/or components prior to reading the CAMO Edge Pro Owner’s Manual and the Operator’s Manual for the Driver Drill. • Always wear eye protection that conforms to ANSI requirements (Z87.

ASSEMBLING THE CAMO® EDGE PRO™ The CAMO Edge Pro system includes: (1) Driver Drill (1) CAMO Edge Pro Attachment. Components include: - (1) Driver Bit Holder - (1) Extension Pole with Coupler - (1) CAMO Driver Bit - (1) Tool Handle with Hand Grip - (1) Allen Wrench (metric) - (1) Screw Feed Assembly (1) CAMO Edge Pro Tool Bag (1) Owner’s Manual 1. Remove the Driver Drill from its packaging. 2. Remove (pull off) the depth locator nose piece. 3. Remove (pull out) the bit. 4. Open the CAMO Edge Pro box.
LOADING THE FASTENERS FOR USE WITH CAMO® COLLATED HIDDEN FASTENERS ONLY. 1. Take one 50ct strip of CAMO Collated Hidden Fasteners and insert strip-side down into the Feeder Rail. 4. Plug the Driver Drill into a 120v outlet. 5. Ensure that the Drill is set to Forward. 6. The Tool is now ready for use. 2. Pull the strip through the Feeder Rail and insert into the Feed Indexer. Push until the first screw is in the drive position. Pull the strip back carefully to eliminate any slack.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS The CAMO® Edge Pro™ is part of the CAMO Hidden Deck Fastening System. The Edge Pro is a versatile, autofeed screw guide, designed specifically for installing treated wood deckboards with no gap between the boards to create a beautiful, fastener-free deck surface; it can also be used with secondary spacers for the gap of your choice with treated wood, hardwood, cedar, composite or PVC deckboards. No pre-drilling is required.
Board Installation (CONT’D) 3. While maintaining positive pressure on the Edge Guide, push the Driver Drill down to engage the bit and screw. Depress the drill trigger and, running the drill at full RPM, drive the screw applying pressure throughout. DO NOT FORCE THE SCREW. Allow the screw to spin and auger the surface. After a moment, the screw will grab and pull into the board. The drill collar will meet the Extension Pole when the screw is fully seated. You cannot overdrive the screw.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE • Keep Screw Feed Assembly clean and free of debris after each use. • Unplug the Tool and store in the CAMO Edge Pro Tool Bag (provided) in a dry environment when not in use. • Never store the tool in cold weather environments for any duration of time as any frost or ice formation in the tool will cause tool failure. TROUBLESHOOTING My tool is jammed. • Ensure that if you compress the Screw Feed Assembly that you drive a screw. Double-pumping may result in two screws loading simultaneously, which will require removal of the second screw. • Ensure the screw is centered with the drive line in the Screw Feed Assembly. The screws don’t advance properly. • • • • Use only CAMO Collated Hidden Fasteners. Ensure the screw strip is inserted properly in the Feed Indexer and Nose Piece.

CÓMO CARGAR LOS SUJETADORES PARA USARSE SOLO CON LOS SUJETADORES INVISIBLES INTERCALADOS CAMO. 1. Tome una tira de 50 sujetadores invisibles intercalados CAMO e insértela en el riel alimentador con la tira mirando hacia abajo. 2. Hale la tira a través del riel alimentador e insértela en el controlador de alimentación. Empuje hasta que el primer tornillo esté en posición de atornillamiento. Hale la tira hacia atrás con cuidado para eliminar cualquier holgura. 4.

Instalación de las Tablas (CONTINUACIÓN) 3. Mientras mantiene una presión positiva en la guía de bordes, empuje el taladro impulsor hacia abajo para encajar la broca y el tornillo. Oprima el gatillo del taladro y, utilizando el taladro con todas sus revoluciones por minuto (RPM), meta el tornillo aplicando presión en su totalidad. NO FUERCE EL TORNILLO. Deje que el tornillo gire y penetre la superficie. Después de un momento, el tornillo se afianzará y entrará en la tabla.

MANTENIMIENTO Y ALMACENAJE • Mantenga el conjunto alimentador de tornillos limpio y sin basura después de cada uso. • Desenchufe la herramienta y guárdela en la bolsa de herramientas CAMO Edge Pro (provista) en un lugar seco cuando no esté en uso. • Nunca guarde la herramienta en ambientes fríos por ningún tiempo ya que la escarcha o la formación de hielo en la herramienta hará que la herramienta no funcione. SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS Mi herranienta está atascada. • Asegúrese que al comprimir el conjunto alimentador de tornillos usted atornilla el tornillo.
