Product Warranty
Paid Service
In the following cases, paid services would be provided.
1. After termination of the warranty period.
2. Within the warranty period.
- When the product warranty is lost or not properly lled in.
- Malfunction caused by improper use or user’s negligence.
- Malfunction caused by force majeure event.
- Malfunction caused by use of unauthorized optional devices.
- Malfunction caused by improper power connection.
- Damage and/or malfunction caused by repair and/or remodeling by an unauthorized service provider.
3. After the warranty period, repair services could be provided only when necessary parts are in stock.
General Compensation Criteria for Consumers Damages
Compensation for consumers damages should be made as the following.
1. In case of claiming of a service for serious malfunction in a normal use condition within 10 days after the purchase date,
product exchange or full price refund.
