Set Alarms

Four alarm settings are available and can be used as

reminders for taking medication or carrying out a test.

When an alarm is triggered, the meter will display the

alarm symbol, “AL” will flash and the beeper will always

sound if enabled.

To set the alarms, you must first enable the alarm option

according to page 40. Then carry out steps 1-7 of Setting

the Meter (pages 29-32), the meter will then display

“AL1” with the alarm symbol and OFF. Pressing the C

button will toggle between the alarm time flashing and

OFF.

To change the time, when the zero

hour is flashing, press the M button

and the hour will start to flash.

Press the C button to change the

setting. To accept the correct

setting, press the M button.
