READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING HEATER
CAUTION
· For both wall and ceiling mounting, the heater must be mounted at least 6 feet
(1.8m) above ground level when installed in USA and 8 feet (2.4m) above ground
level when installed in Canada .
· Heater requires minimum clearance of 3ft (1.0m) to adjacent walls, minimum 4
inches (0.1m) clearance from back of heater to any mounting surface, and mini-
mum clearance of 3ft (1m) or more from bottom of heater to any surface immedi-
ately below. If the heater is wall mounted, there must be a 4 inch (0.1m) clearance
to the ceiling above.
· Keep combustible material such as furniture, papers, clothes, and curtains at
least 3ft (1.0m) from the front of the heater and away from the sides and rear.
· CAUTION-High temperature, keep electrical cords, drapery and other furnishings at
least 3ft (1.0m) from the front of the heater and away from the side and rear.
· Do not use heater if damaged or after it malfunctions. Disconnect power and con-
tact your place of purchase.
· A means for disconnecting the appliance must be incorporated into the wiring.
· Do not use within 25’ of flammable or explosive materials.
· WARNING—Risk of Fire.
· This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot sur-
faces.
· Before commencing installation make sure the electrical supply voltage is the
same as that shown on the rating plate of the heater.
· This appliance must be grounded.
· This equipment shall be installed only by qualified personnel who are familiar with
the construction and operation of the apparatus and hazard involved.
