INSTALLING HANDLE
• Loosen SETSCREW (15a) from HANDLE (15)
IMPORTANT: Handle BLADE (15b) shall be aligned with wider
portion of handle POST (15c)
• Slide HANDLE (15) down onto and engage valve
STEM (10a)
• Handle POST (15c) shall completely cover lock
NUT (14) and seat against ESCUTCHEON (13)
• Tighten SETSCREW (15a) and rotate handle
BLADE (15b) to check operation, open position is
when BLADE (15b) is rotated forward
To obtain proper alignment it may be necessary to
rotate VALVE (10) so that handle BLADE (15b) is
aligned with SPOUT (1). This may be achieved as
follows:
• Slightly loosen lock NUT (14)
• Place HANDLE (15) onto valve STEM (10a)
• Rotate VALVE (10) in proper direction to achieve
proper alignment of handle BLADE (15b)
• Remove HANDLE (15) and while firmly holding
VALVE (10) in position from underneath securely
tighten lock NUT (14)
• Then reattached HANDLE (15) as mentioned
above
INSTALLING VALVE HOSES
• Attach small hose NUT (16a) to spout TEE (9a)
• Attach large hose NUT (16b) to valve side
OUTLET (10b)
• Repeat on other side valve
