Natural variations in color and characteristics such as grain patterns, knots, and mineral streaks may occur
within and between individual Flooring planks. Variations in color and character are not covered under
warranty. Flooring, especially when smoked/fumed or reactive stained, will change color over time as a result
of oxidation and UV rays. This color change is inherent and not a defect. This limited warranty excludes color
variation between orders, individual planks and/or samples. Cali Bamboo does not warrant that the Flooring
will match or coordinate with purchaser furnishings, trim, cabinetry, railings, etc.
It is the installer’s responsibility to document all jobsite conditions and measurements including the installation
date, site relative humidity, temperature, and subfloor moisture content at the time of installation, and other
documentation required under the Installation Guide.
