MOBILE SHED INSTRUCTION MANUAL C A L HO ME S HO P ST EP 1 Preparation - Choose/Clear a flat and level surface to begin build - Check for structural integrity and potential issues like breaks or defects in the top sealing structural adhesive. - Inspect for any damages caused during transport and repair them. - Verify the condition of the sealing rubber strips and replace if necessary.
MODEL 20FT X 8FT X 8FT Lifting the Walls - Use a crane to slowly lift the top until the side walls open to a vertical position. STEP 2 - Ensure the crane hooks are securely in place to avoid accidents during the lifting process. 3 IN STRU C TION M A N UA L - Gradually lift the center until the side walls are completely vertical.

(Add a non-slip pad to the struts to protect the paint.) - With the help of others, team lift the front panels and fit into place. Once set, continue on to back panel. - Pay attention to the gaps on both sides to avoid scratching the side walls. Adjust the clearance if needed.
MODEL 20FT X 8FT X 8FT Adjustment and Pre-Mounting Bolts -If the side panels aren't matching up with the front and back panels... S TEP 4 Work with the crane operator to lift the top and move it from side to side slowly to adjust panels into place. - After all bolts are in place, tighten the special lock fittings and install the lock core. 5 IN STRU C TION M A N UA L - Install two middle bolts on the front and rear walls. The other bolts can remain uninstalled.

MODEL 20FT X 8FT X 8FT Setting Remaining Bolts - Insert the remaining 4 bolts on both sides of the STEP 6 - front and rear walls. 7 IN STRU C TION M A N UA L - Tighten the nuts until the sealing rubber strips are fully compressed.
