Compact design featuring 16 ﬁxed ﬂow rates for

use with ½”, ¾” and 1” union end connections

and choice of NPT, Sweat and Press ﬁttings for

ease of installation and maintenance. Working

temperature ranges from 32 to 212ºF.

Automatically controls the design ﬂow rate to

each emitter regardless of differential pressure

changes.

Eliminates the need for onsite measurements and

trial and error ﬂow rate setting as required with

manual calibration valves.

Incorporates an exclusive ﬂow cartridge, made

of an anti-scale, low noise polymer.

Ideal for applications including open fan coil

systems and hot water recirculation balancing.

PRODUCT RANGE - FLOWCAL™ 127 SERIES TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 130 SERIES The FLOWCAL flow cartridge is composed of a cylinder, a spring-loaded piston, and a combination of fixed and variable geometric orifices through which the fluid flows. These variable orifice sizes increase or decrease by the piston movement, contingent on the system’s fluid thrust.
