The USB-C SOHO Dock is compatible with both USB-C Gen.2 (10Gb/s), USB-C
Gen.1 (5Gb/s), Thunderbolt

3 (40Gb/s), and Thunderbolt

4 (40Gb/s)
laptops. As the USB-C SOHO Dock is Gen.2, users on USB-C Gen.1 laptops
will see reduced functionality.
Some PC manufacturers may limit certain functionality of their USB-C or Thunderbolt 3
laptop’s Type-C port, such as charging or video. Check with your PC manufacturer for
details.
