G PA 5 selects the GPA 5 format. Letter
grades are scaled to the numerical
equivalents of a 5.0 scale. For example,
A is equivalent to 5.00, B to 4.00, etc.
G PA 12 selects the GPA 12 form a t .
Letter grades are scaled to the numeri-
cal equivalents of a 12.0 scale. For
example, A is equivalent to 12.00, B to
9.00, etc.
G % (Grade Scale Percent) corre l a t e s
p e rcentage to the custom grade scale.
For example, if the custom grade scales
b reak point for Dā is 60%, and you
reset the minimum points to 40, the Dā
b reak point will still display as 60.
N o t e : When changing grade formats, the
displayed value automatically converts to
the new format. The new format becomes
the default until changed or the calculator
is reset.
