Decreasing Number of Servings and Increasing Portion Size
Using the same recipe, you now want to reduce the number of servings
from 6 to 4, but increase the portion size from 4 oz. to 8 oz. What are
the adjusted ingredients?
-1 lb. flank steak
-2 tbsp. Chinese cooking wine
-1 tbsp. minced garlic
-2 tsp. soy sauce
-3/4 cup chicken stock
Convert the ingredients:
