The required wire size of a service con-
ductor can be determined based on the
specified electrical requirements and the
w key. The wire size is automatically
recalculated whenever the wire insulation
(temperature) ratings or wire material (cop-
per or aluminum) types are revised. Wire
sizing is based on the requirements
defined in NEC Tables 310-16 and 310-17.
