FREIGHT PROGRAM
Cal Lighting warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and
worksmanship for a period of one year from the date that the products are resold
to your customers.
In the event of a defect during the full warranty period, Cal Lighting will repair or
replace at its option, and at no charge to the purchaser, the product or any parts of
the product which is proven to the satisfaction of Cal Lighting to have been defective
at the time of purchase or which becomes defective in normal use during the full
warranty period. The warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused,
or used for purposes other than those for which it was designed. In the event of a
defect, the purchaser should return the products or parts to Cal Lighting with a valid
R.G.A. number.
Cal Lighting makes no warranty whatsoever for any incandescent, fluorescent,
or halogen bulbs supplied with or used with the product. These bulbs are not
manufactured by Cal Lighting. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may
have other rights that vary from state to state.

All Cal Lighting products are carefully packed for safe shipment. Our responsibility
ends when goods are picked up at our dock. CLAIMS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES MUST
BE FILED WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER WITHIN SEVEN DAYS. Damages or shortages
MUST BE NOTED on the delivery receipt and if necessary, an inspection report
promptly filed. Cal Lighting WILL NOT accept any claims that are not reported within
seven days from the date of receiving.
- All new accounts must submit a credit application prior to shipment. Application
must contain bank references and at least five trade references with phone and fax
numbers.
- Immediate shipments are allowed if paid by credit card (MASTER CARD, VISA, OR
AMERICAN EXPRESS).
- NO C.O.D. shipment.
- NET 30 days on approved credit.
- Minimum opening order US$300.00 net. Minimum re-order of US$100.00. If less
than
minimum, a surcharge of $15.00 will be applied to that order.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices are FOB warehouse, Ontario, CA.
Full freight allowance programs are available. Please see your sales representative
for details. Please note that full freight allowance program will be honored only
when invoice(s) is/are paid within terms. No exceptions.
