Troubleshooting
If you’re having a problem with SONAR, don’t panic.
• Check the SONAR X3 ReadMe for additional information that wasn’t available when this
User Guide was printed. To view the Readme, select Help > View Readme.
• Visit our support Web site at www.cakewalk.com/Support, where you will find answers to
frequently asked questions, tech support documents, program patches and updates, and
more.
Where to go for more help
In addition to the SONAR User Guide, SONAR includes help documentation that can provide
you with quick reference information whenever you need it. Simply press F1 or click the Help
button in any dialog box to find the information you need. If you are new to recording and editing
music on your PC, see the online Help topic “Beginner's Guide to Cakewalk Software” for an
introduction.
If you need more information than you can find in the SONAR User Guide or the included help
documentation, here are some great places to start:
• Check out the SONAR Support page at
