PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
- No co ee is brewed. - The water tank is empty, the
multifunction indicator light
is lit in RED.
- Fill the tank with fresh water. Press
one of the co ee buttons to  ll the
circuit.
- The co ee is not hot
enough.
- Cold cups / mugs.
- Scale build-up in machine.
- Preheat cup / mug.
- Descale.
- The lever cannot be
lowered.
- The used capsule drawer is
full.
- Capsule stuck inside the
machine.
- Empty out the used capsule drawer.
- Remove the used capsule.
