GET READY FOR INSTALLATION
FOR ALL APPLIANCE INSTALLATIONS Use the Delivery Worksheet to make sure your appliance(s)
willtalongthepathofdelivery.YoucannditonCostco’sproductpage(whereyoufoundthisform).
Measure your installation area to make sure your new appliance(s) will fit.
REFRIGERATION
•Anewwaterlineconnectionkitwill
be installed. Existing lines will not be
reused.
•Existingappliancemustbeemptyfor
haul-away.
•A110Vgrounded3-prongelectrical
outlet must be within reach of the
power cord.
•Icemakeroriceandwaterdispenser
connections: A working shut-o
valve must be located within 6 feet
of the refrigerator location or your
installation will not be completed.
•Refrigeratorclearancemeasurements
account for cooling space as required
by manufacturer. Check needed
dimensions carefully.
WALL OVEN
•Wallovensmustbesuppliedwith
the proper voltage and frequency
and connected to an individual,
properly grounded branch circuit,
protected by a circuit breaker or
fuse. See the product specifications
on geappliances.com or the rating
plate located on the oven frame to
determine the rating of the product.
•Deliveryagentwilldisconnectexisting
wall oven and install built-in single
or double wall oven. Remove all
tape, packing material, stickers, and
protective film. Set in place, connect,
and install. Provide wire nuts and, if
necessary, the strain relief.
•Somestateandlocalcodesprohibit
delivery hookup. Also, Delivery
Agents are not electricians or
carpenters. They cannot run wiring
or install plug outlets, and they
cannot alter or change cabinets or
countertops to make appliances fit.
DISHWASHER
•Anewwaterlineconnectionkit
will be installed. Existing lines will
not be reused.
•Awatersupplylinewithshut-ovalve
must be located under the sink or
behind the dishwasher.
•A110Vgroundedelectricaloutletor
hardwired junction box must be within
6 ft. of install location on the same side
ofthewallandonthesameoor.
OVER-THE-RANGE
MICROWAVE OVEN
•Hardwiringwillnotbedone.
•110Vgrounded3-prongelectrical
outlet must be within reach of the
power cord.
