Cadet Manufacturing Co. utilizes EDI to exchange information, making it easier to do business. Information exchanged includes incoming
Purchase Orders, Invoices, Advance Ship Notices and Text Messages.
EDI Standards
Cadet supports ANSI X. 12 (Versions 3010-4060)
EDI Transaction Sets
The following transaction sets are currently used by Cadet:
Incoming Purchase Orders (850)
ASN (856)
Invoices (810)
Text Messages (864)
For every incoming Purchase Order received (850), Cadet sends a Functional Acknowledgement (997) to the customer.

Conditions of Sale
All orders subject to final acceptance by Cadet Manufacturing Co.'s main office, Vancouver, WA. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices
in effect can be verified by contacting the Customer Service Department. See Page 46 for warranty information.
Freight Terms
FOB Vancouver, WA. Freight prepaid on orders of $1500.00 invoice net for shipments within the 48 contiguous states or to the port of embarkation.
On freight prepaid orders,
Cadet will choose the freight carrier. All orders using a carrier other than one of Cadet's preferred carriers are freight
collect and freight shall be paid by the purchaser. Title of merchandise passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the transportation company.
Claims

-delivery must be
made by the purchaser with the delivering transportation company.
Return Goods
Contact your Cadet Representative or Cadet Customer Service Dept. for a Return Material Authorization. Merchandise returned without Cadet's
written authorization and RMA number will be refused. Restocking fees may be applicable per Cadet policy.
Minimum Order
$100.00 invoice net.
ALL SALES ON PARTS ARE FINAL.
NON-STOCK SPECIAL PRODUCTS:
Certain products not regularly carried in stock cannot be canceled after work has been started. Certain
non-stock buyout items, such as specialty thermostats, cannot be canceled. The buyer assumes full responsibility for payment of these items.
