ARCHITECTURAL - ENGINEERING INFORMATION
Electronic thermostat is UL and CSA listed. Line voltage temperature
control shall be digital with LCD display. Switching means shall be by
“zero crossover” to minimize RF line noise. Control shall be capable of
switching loads of 15 amps at 240 VAC. LCD display shall show time of
day, actual room temperature, mode and current status of the heater.
Programming choices shall be 7-day with 4 daily settings. Unit shall have
programmed default temperature in Economy mode of 68°F (20°C)
and On/Standby switch for quick shutdown providing energy savings
and added safety for vacant rooms. No batteries shall be required for
operation.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Setpoint range: 40°F to 85°F (5°C to 30°C)
Retains program indenitely in the event of a power outage. Time set-
ting and Daylight Saving Time must be readjusted if outage lasts more
than six hours. After outage, thermostat returns to mode that was active
prior to failure.
