(i) a clarification to Clause 5.5.1.8 has been added noting that the

implementation of decadic signalling in CE is not recommended; and

(j) the Multifrequency Code (MFC) signalling scheme and transmission criteria

have been removed (the former Appendix A in the 2005 edition).
