2 Click Edit Package Types to display the Edit Package
Types dialog box.
3 In the Package Types per Pin Assignment text box,
type the name of the package (for example, DIP14) or
select a type from the Configured Package Types
scroll list.
4 Click Add.
5 Click OK.
6 In the Package Definition dialog box, click OK.

a list of commonly used package types; it is
not an exhaustive list.
If there are multiple package types with the
same pin-outs, you can type them all on the
same line, separating them with commas
(for example, DIP14, SO14). Otherwise,
repeat steps 3 and 4 for each package type.
