Preface
Use this guide if you are going to manage a Cabletron TRXI device through
SPECTRUM. Before reading this guide, you should be familiar with
SPECTRUM’s functions as described in the Operation documentation and the
Administration documentation. You should also be familiar with any network
management and hardware requirements described in the related hardware
documentation.

The following chapter descriptions outline the organization of the TRXI
Management Module Guide .

Describes the TRXI management module and model types.

Describes the Device View’s representation of a TRXI, as
well as the views available from the Device Menu.

Configuration Views
Describes the Configuration Views for the TRXI model and
the device-specific management information provided by
each view.
Chapter 4
Event and Alarm
Messages
Contains a listing and explanation of the alarm and event
messages generated in the Event Log or Alarm View for the
TRXI device model type.

Application View
Decribes the device-specific Application Views for the TRXI
management module.
