WAN Views
One subview, the WAN Connections Physical Ports View, is accessed from the
WAN Connection Table View and is described below/
Primary Port This field displays the port number to which a WAN connection would
default. When redundancy is disabled this physical port will always be used.
When redundancy is enabled this physical port will be the primary port.
Active Port This field displays the physical port number which is active for the WAN
connection.

WAN Connection Physical Ports View
This view provides the following information in addition to the fields already described in
WAN Connection Table View. You can print the table.
To access: Double-click on a table entry in WAN Connection Table View.
Port Index Displays the value identifying each physical port on a WAN connection.
Type Displays the type of WAN connection in use by that port. Possible
connections are:
None - Indicates that the physical port has no connector.
T1 - Indicates that the physical port is the US version of DS1.
E1 - Indicates that the physical port is the European version of DS1.
Synchronous - Indicates that the physical port is a serial port.
Double Click For Double-click on a table entry for a detailed view of the related field, e.g.,
double-clicking for a Synchronous Port displays the RS232 Port Table
Configuration View, which includes the Input and Output Signals Detail
buttons and access to the table views these buttons provide. (See RS232 Port
Table View.)
