Signal Mode This field displays the signal mode of the interface. Possible signal modes
are:
None - Indicates that no bits are reserved for signaling on this channel.
RobbedBit - Indicates that T1 Robbed Bit Signaling is used.
BitOriented - Indicates that E1 Channel Associated Signaling is used.
MsgOriented - Indicates that Common Channel Signaling is in use on
channel 16 of an E1 link or channel 24 of a T1.
Line Buildout This field displays the possible characteristics of DS1 when Line Buildout is
established:
Unknown - Indicates that the setting is neither readable nor writable.
Zero - 0db of attenuation.
Minus 7.5 - Negative 7.5 db of attenuation.
Minus 15 - Negative 15 db of attenuation.
