Specifies that all routes received with this attribute value will
not be advertised to external BGP peers (this includes peers
in other members autonomous systems inside a BGP confed-
eration).
reserved-community
<number>
Specifies one of the reserved communities which is not well-
known. A reserved community is one which is in one of the
following ranges (0x0000000 - 0x0000FFFF) or
(0xFFFF0000 - 0xFFFFFFFF).
