Example
To show host information for a specific port:
Legend:
1. Host control table information for this port:
Index: number that identifies the entry for this port in the table.
Port: port name.
Owner: the default owner “monitor.”
2. MAC address of the discovered host.
3. Number of good packets transmitted to this address.
4. Number of good octets transmitted to this address.
5. Number of good packets transmitted from this address.
6. Number of good octets transmitted from this address.
7. Number of good packets transmitted by this address that were directed to a broadcast
address.
8. Number of good packets transmitted by this address that were directed to a multicast
address.
