ip-router kernel trace
Purpose
Provides trace capabilities between the Routing Information Base and the Forwarding
Information Base.
Format
ip-router kernel trace <option-list> detail|send|receive
Mode
Configure
Parameters
<option-list>
Specifies the kernel trace options. Specify one or more of the following:
packets Packets exchanged with the kernel.
routes Routes exchanged with the kernel.
redirect Redirect messages received from the kernel.
interface Interface messages received from the kernel.
other All other messages received from the kernel.
remnants Routes read from the kernel when the SSR routing process starts.
request The SSR routing process requests to Add/Delete/Change routes in the
kernel forwarding table.
info Informational messages received from the routing socket, such as TCP
loss, routing lookup failure, and route resolution request.
