Configuration Views
This section describes the configuration views, which display MIB information for the devices and applications.
Introduction
The following configuration views are available for
the devices:
• The Fore ATM Switch Configuration View
(Page 37) provides board, module, and port
level administrative details and operational
information.
• The Fore ATM Switch Application
Configuration View (Page 41) provides port
configuration information and allows you
to change some IP configuration
parameters.
• The Fore User Application Configuration
View (Page 42) displays the workstation
ATM configuration.
• The ForeSwitchApp Port Configuration View
(Page 43) provides port-specific
administration, bandwidth, and path
information.
• ForeUserApp Configuration View (Page 44)
provides workstation hardware and
software configuration information.
• Fore ATM SONET Application Configuration
View (Page 45) provides ATM transmission
status information.

The Fore ATM SONET Application
Configuration view is provided as an
example of a typical application
configuration view. Your system may
not have this application (i.e., SONET
OC-3) or it may have other applications
(such as DS-1, DS-2, etc.) depending on
the network modules installed in your
devices. All of these configuration views
provide similar information.
