The flags associated with this ARP entry.

Flush
This variable causes the LEC ARP cache to be
flushed when it is set to enable. Possible values
are enable and disable.

The status of this table entry. Possible values are
valid, createRequest, underCreation, and
invalid.
DefLESFlag
The option to use the default LES ATM address if
the configuration file is inaccessible. Possible
values are enable and disable.
DefLESAtmAdd
The ATM address of the default LES.
WellknAddrFl
The Wellknown address flag of the default LES.
WellKnAddress
The WellKnown address of the default LES.
