Configuration View
Access: From the Icon Subviews menu for the
ForeLaneApp icon, select Configuration.
LEC Configuration Table
This table contains Local Exchange Carriers and
their parameters.
Index
The index to the LEC Configuration Table.
ElanName
Name of the emulated LAN to join.
AtmAddr
The ATM address of this LEC.
Admin
The desired state for this LEC. The default value
is up.
Oper
The actual operating status of this LEC. Possible
values are up, down, and joining.
MACAddr
The MAC address assigned to this LEC.
ConfType
The default configuration type of the LEC is based
on the default value set in the ConfType variable.
automatic means that the LEC will try to find
LECs in the manner specified in the spec (ILMI,
WellKnown, PVC). manual means that the LEC
will use the address specified in the Atm Addr
variable.
IfName
The name of the interface associated with this
LEC.
LECSAddr
The ATM address of the LECS. The default ATM
address of the LECS server is based on the
default value set in the AtmAddr variable. When
the ConfType is set to manual, this variable will
be set to the Wellknown LECS address.
LESAddr
The ATM address of LES to join. If the ConfType
is set to manual and this variable is set to address
of an LES, this address will be used as the
address of the LES to join.
Status
The status of this table entry. Possible values are
valid, createRequest, underCreation, and
invalid.
