AAL Detail View
This view provides information on cell breakdown for AAL0, AAL4 and AAL5.
All breakdowns provide information on cells received, cells transmitted,
discarded cells, and total cells. CRC and CS Protocol Errors are reported in
AAL4 and AAL5. SAR Protocol Errors are reported in AAL4 only, as listed in
Table 2-17, Table 2-18, and Table 2-19.
Out of Range VCIs The number of ATM cells received with VCI values that were
out of range.
Unconnected VCIs The number of ATM cells received with VCI values that were
in range but did not correspond to active connections.

Statistics Description
Received The number of AAL type 0 cells received.
Transmitted The number of AAL type 0 cells transmitted.
Discards The number of ATM cells that the adaptation layer
discarded in the course of dropping partially
reassembled protocol data units (PDUs).

Statistics Description
Received The number of AAL type 4 cells received.
Transmitted The number of AAL type 4 cells transmitted.
CRC Errors The number of ATM cells received with payload CRC
errors.
SAR Port Errors The number of ATM cells that the adaptation layer
rejected due to SAR layer protocol errors.
CS Port Errors The number of ATM cells that the adaptation layer
rejected due to CS layer protocol errors.
Discards The number of ATM cells that the adaptation layer
discarded in the course of dropping partially reassembled
PDUs.
