Modeling Multiple Devices and Workstations
This section describes the procedure for modeling multiple ForeRunner
devices and related applications and conceptual models. Figure C-12 provides
a conceptual overview of modeling multiple devices and workstations (user
applications).

The process of modeling multiple ForeRunner devices is similar to the one for
modeling single devices and involves the following procedures previously
described:
1. Create the Universe level switch models.
2. Create additional GnSNMPDev workstation models.
3. Copy the ForeUserApp model from the workstation’s Topology view and
past it into the ATM Network model.
4. Copy the ForeSwitchApp model from each additional switch’s Topology
view and past it into the ATM Network model.
5. Create additional SW_Link models between the new switch and
workstation models.
6. Create a Fanout model inside each additional SW_Link model.
