Is there an IP set for the security host?
YN
Enter the following commands:
set annex pref_secure1_host <IP address>
reset annex security
where the <IP address> is the address for your security host. For example:
admin: set annex pref_secure1_host 128.20.15.20
You may need to reset the appropriate port, Annex subsystem or
reboot the Annex for changes to take effect.
admin: reset annex security
Does the display indicate that “enable security” is set to yes?
YN
Enter the following:
set annex enable_security y
reset annex security
For example:
admin: set annex pref_secure1_host 128.20.15.20
You may need to reset the appropriate port, Annex subsystem or
reboot the Annex for changes to take effect.
admin: reset annex security
Enter the following commands:
port <port number>
show port security
where <port number> is the number of the port being used to dial in.
The following shows an example of the resultant display showing the security status for port 8 of the CSMIM2?
port asy8:
user_name: "" cli_security: N
connect_security: N port_server_security: N
port_password: "<unset>" ipso_class: none
ipx_security: N
If cli_security is N, enter the following:
set port cli_security y
reset 8
For example:
admin: set port cli_security y
You may need to reset the appropriate port, Annex subsystem or
reboot the Annex for changes to take effect.
