FDDI Logical Module Details

You may view the FDDI Logical Module menu choices by double-clicking the

right mouse button on either of the two top-most FDDI Logical Module

Icon blocks. Table 2-6 describes the subview menu choices for the application-

specific FDDI Logical Module Icon.

FDDI Port Icon

The FDDI Port Icon allows you to access informational areas pertaining to a

specific FDDI port. Each FDDI port icon provides labels, or double-click zones,

for accessing port information. The icon labels are shown in Figure 2-6,

followed by a label description.

Label 1 provides the IP address for this concentrator and access to the Notes

View.

Port Status Label

Label 2 provides an indication of the connect state of this port. States are

notApplicable, Enabled, and Disabled.
