Preparing LAT Services for Initialization

Do This

If the access server offers LAT services, follow these steps before you initialize:

The time that it takes for the queue to empty depends upon the number of

requests that it contains.

Step Action

1 Enter the following command to disable queuing on the access server:

Local> SET SERVER QUEUE LIMIT 0

2 Disable additional connections to local services. For example, the following

command disables the service LASER:

Local> SET SERVICE LASER CONNECTIONS DISABLED

3 Check that the queue is empty before starting the initialization procedure by

entering one of the following commands:

Local> SHOW QUEUE ALL

Local> SHOW SERVER STATUS
