New Features and Support
SPECTRUM 5.0rev1 supports the Solaris 2.5.1, Solaris 2.6, and
Solaris 2.7 Operating Systems with the appropriate Y2K patches.
SPECTRUM 5.0rev1 supports Windows_NT with Service Pack SP4
and all post Service Pack SP4 Y2K related fixes.
NOTE
As a minimum, all of the management modules in your current
SPECTRUM database must be re-installed from the MMS3 software
in order for your SPECTRUM 5.0rev1 system to operate properly.
Installation of MMS3 requires a Key provided with the CD. This Key
ensures the extraction of the management modules you have
purchased.
NOTE
Access the Sun and Microsoft Web pages for the appropriate Y2K
patch information. See Table 2-1 on Page 2-4 for a list of the Sun
patches required for Solaris 2.7 operation.
