Cabletron Management Module Problem Resolutions
SM-CSI1076, 6E132-25 (CtRemoteApp)
1. The ds1 Alarms Circuit Configuration view and the DS3
Extensions view no longer contain ??? in some of the information
fields.
2. The CtRemoteApp name is now visible when the Application view
is in List mode.
SM-CSI1076/1082/1088, SmartSwitch 6000
1. Devices that support distributed mode functionality now model
correctly. This includes the SFSmartCell and SmartSwitch 6000
DMF mode devices. They appear in the topology if created using
the Model by IP selection. There is no longer a message: Error:
Model Type of Device XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX already exists
and cannot be related to this viewed model.
Existing Model: 6C105 of Type 6C105.
2. The Enable/Disable port feature now works when the Application
Display is set to 802.1Q VLAN. The Enable and Disable menu
options have been removed from the Icon Subviews menu. There is
now a Configuration view that lets you enable and disable the port
regardless of the Application Display setting.
SM-CSI1080, SmartSwitch 2000 Fast Ethernet
Port resolution now works correctly for the 2H23_50R model.
AutoDiscovery resolves attached devices to a port in the
CsRipEnetRptr model.
SM-CSI1082, SmartSwitch 6000 Fast Ethernet
Filtering for 802_1Q_VLAN in the Interface Device view no longer
brings up a default icon.
SM-CSI1080/1082, SmartSwitch 2000/6000 Fast Ethernet
1. You can now correctly change the Desired Operational Mode for a
Cabletron Fast Ethernet port.
2. On Solaris only, the NetWideApp utility can now successfully tftp
download for multiple 6H202-24 and 2H252-25R devices.
