The problem is that IfDescr and IfName need to be displayed on all
Gen_IF_Ports icons.
The resolution was to update the Iib so that IfDescr/IfName could be
user configurable. IfDescr is displayed by default. If the user wishes
to display ifName instead, comment out the first line and uncomment
the second line in the Gen_IF_Port/IFacePrt.IFCE and Gen_IF_Port/
IFaceTwo.IFCE Iib files.
PrtLabel.DIOctTxt( 3, 43, 110, 20, 77, 77, 0, 0x0001134b,14, "Center",
GoViewNW( "Model Information", GENERIC, "CsStandard"))
// PrtLabel.DIOctTxt( 3, 43, 110, 20, 77, 77, 0, 0x00011f6f,14, "Center",
GoViewNW( "Model Information", GENERIC, "CsStandard"))
**Note: In the Iib file Gen_IF_Port/IFacePrt.IFCE there is a icon
positioning discrepancy. PrtLabel.DIOcdTxt (uncommented for
IfName) and PrtLabel.IFNM will write on top of each other if they are
both uncommented. This will be corrected in a future release.

The problem is that an unwanted SPECTRUM Event is occurring in
the following scenario:
When SPECTRUM is running Fault Tolerant SERVERs, and
AlarmNotifier is set up to send an email when the Primary SERVER
has lost connection to the Secondary SERVER (Event 0x10c0e). If the
Secondary SERVER is shut down, this works fine. However, shutting
down and restarting the Primary SERVER will cause this event to
also be generated, causing the AlarmNotifier to send e-mail that the
Primary Server lost connection to the Secondary Server.
The resolution is to change the inference handler handling the shut
down event to check see if the server is shutting down before
generating the event.

The problems and resolutions to several enhancement requests for
SPECTRUM Non Persistent Connections functionality are listed
below:
a. Filter linkDown alarms from dialup port on routers monitored via
SPECTRUM. Upon connection to a backup router port, Dialup_Link
